Imagine viewing important landmarks in Oslo from a typical fjord! Sounds interesting, isn’t it? You can enjoy this experience when you join Norway Yacht Charter on a lunch cruise. As the name suggests, you will be having lunch aboard one of the tour supplier’s sailing ships and learning more about the Norwegian capital from the comfort of the deck. The ship will leave the Oslo port, Rådhusbrygge 3, by 1:00 pm. So, all guests are requested to assemble here 20 minutes prior to departure time. Once everyone has settled in their seats, the ship will venture into the gorgeous fjord. You can enjoy the views of the harbour and the buildings by the coastline, whilst listening to the audio recording about the places. From the port, you will glide across narrow straits and bays and catch a glimpse of a cluster of scenic islands located near the mainland, including Hovedøya, Vassholmene, and Bygdøy. Marvel at the views of the idyllic villages, small summer houses, and bathhouses by the coastline. You will be served a typical Norwegian prawn plate, named ‘fjordstyle’, made from the freshest ingredients available. There is also a café on board which has a selection of beverages and snacks so you can buy refreshments from here at reasonable rates. When the ship anchors at Rådhusbrygge, your fjord cruise will come to an end.
